All merchandise is purchased in advance at ShopTurkey.com. Payments are processed within the United States. We adhere to the most stringent privacy policies regarding client information.
Tiles and murals are shipped from our export office in Turkey, and delivered directly to your door within the delivery times as specified on the individual product pages. If the model is in stock, delivery times generally range between 8-12 days. Tiles which are not in stock and require manufacturing are delivered between 10-15 days. Murals, being handmade, tend to be delivered between 14-18 days or between 15-20 days depending on size. Please write us directly, or notify delivery requirements in the comment section of your order if you require a specific 'deliver by' date. We will communicate the status of your order with estimated delivery time frames during the production process.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING IS FREE. We suggest overage purchase at least 10 percent more tile than you calculated to cover any unanticipated damage during transport or installation. Free shipping, fast delivery times, excellent customer service, best product quality all at the lowest prices is the reason to shop with us.
Once your shipment is ready for export, we will e-mail tracking information. From the tracking number you be able to track your order and obtain an estimated delivery date. Your items are insured throughout the entire shipping process.
Terms: DDU. DDU is an international trade term where we are responsible for making a safe delivery of your order to a named destination, paying all transportation expenses and assuming all risks during transportation except for the duty & taxes (if applicable) once it arrives to your country. If you have any concerns regarding duties or taxes in your country, please send us an email at info@ShopTurkey.com and we will look into your country's tax policy on ceramic tile wall murals from Turkey.
Generally due to the low value, nature, and usage for orders - Duty and Tax is not applicable.

All items are shipped insured and packed according to international shipping standards. If by chance damage is evident at delivery, you may refuse the shipment.
Once you accept the package, please open the box and inspect contents immediately. If your product is damaged, notify ShopTurkey.com by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, we will return immediately upon receipt of your email.
Photographic notification, revealing damage of merchandise during transport MUST be made within THREE calendar days of receipt.
We strive for complete customer satisfaction, so if something is by chance damaged, don't panic. Send us a picture at once and we will immediately resolve the situation.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full exchange or refund within 14 days from receipt (less cost of shipping). Items must be received by ShopTurkey.com, in their original condition when requesting refund or exchange. Shipments must be fully insured and sent with the same express carrier they were initially delivered by. Any shipments either damaged or altered in this process will not receive a refund or credit for exchange. Pack items well. Again, customer satisfaction is our priority, so before taking any action write us or call us (via phone or Whatsapp: +1 239-293-4923) and we will provide the easiest solution for the issue at hand, or the details in our return policy.
