I have never reviewed a retail business before. I am reviewing this company because I have been so delighted and impressed by the beauty and craftsmanship of their Turkish tiles. The management style of this company is very impressive. The service provided by Rasim and his team of colleagues was excellent. Tiles arrived quickly, in great shape. My order was very small, and I kept making changes to it. But their team was unflappable; they were gracious and very, very patient. I have never had such thoughtful, patient, kind, and competent service from a retail business. I highly recommend this company and their beautiful tiles.
