For credit card orders, we request that clients enter both valid address and zip code as listed with their credit card. This way orders will be processed without any delay. For tighter security, we also kindly request the entry of the CVV number appearing on the back of your credit card.

SHIPPING & TAX

Shipping costs, packaging, and insurance are included in most items on our website. If any charges are applicable due to remote shipping areas or extra needed packaging, they will all be shown after you enter country, city and postal code on the check-out page.  We offer a reliable delivery service with very competitive rates which are calculated according to your total purchase amount. A 6% Sales Tax is applicable for Florida Residents.

 

RETURN POLICY

All merchandise is packed according to international shipping standards and shipped insured. If by chance damage is evident at delivery, you may refuse the shipment.

Once you accept the package, please open the box and inspect contents immediately. If your product is damaged, take pictures and notify ShopTurkey.com by e-mail: info@shopturkey.com. Let us know the situation and we will be quick to resolve it for your greatest satisfaction.

Written notification, claiming damage of merchandise during transport MUST be made with photographic evidence within THREE calendar days of receipt. Retain original documentation and packaging materials to facilitate the return. We will organize and pay for return shipping of any order that is incorrect or damaged in transit.

 

REFUND OR EXCHANGE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us for a full exchange or refund within 14 days from receipt (less cost of shipping). Returned items must be received by ShopTurkey.com, in their original condition when requesting refund or exchange. Shipments must be fully insured and sent with the same express carrier they were initially delivered by.
